 Casing heads ОКК1, ОКК2 and ОКК3 manufactured by the plant are intended for hanging casing strings 324 (12.3/4''), 245(9.5/8''), 245(9.5/8''), 178(7''), 168 (6.5/8''), 146 (5.3/4'') and 140 (5.1/2'') in size and separation of space between strings, performance number of process operations, installation of blowout preventing equipment (in the process of drilling) and Christmas tree equipment (during its operation). They are designed for working pressures 14, 21, 35, 70, 105 МPа (2,000, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 psi).
Default upper flange when not specified by customer has bore DN 280 (11'').
Material classes for body parts and gate valves shutoff elements correspond to API Spec 6A.
Working medium temperature to +121оС. Ambient temperature minus 60оС to +40оС. The equipment is manufactured to API Spec 6A temperatures ratings L (-46оC to +82оС) to V (+2оС to +121оС).

Casing head design options
Main design features and advantages
- Body parts are forged to provide their high strength and reliability.
- The equipment may be manufactured to any diagram from GOST 13846 or in accordance with API Spe 6A requirements: of АF type where tubing string is hanged in mandrel hanger, or of AFK type where tubing string is hanged in adapter flange.
- Tubing string may be hanged either in tubing head mandrel hanger sealed with rubber rings or metal-to-metal or in adapter flange having thread 60, 73, 89, 102 ; В-60, В-73, В-89, В-102; НКМ-60, НКМ-73, НКМ-89, НКМ-102 GOST 633-80 or to API Spec 5B TBG 2 3/8'', 2 7/8'', 3 1/2'', 4''.
- Design of NKT hanger and tubing head make possible installation of plug with back pressure valve to provide possibility of changing side gate valves of Christmas tree without well killing, and under pressure.
- Side outlets of Christmas tree and tubing head have instrumental flanges with thermopockets for installation of temperature gauges and with valves for installation of pressure gauges.
The equipment is supplied with all necessary spare parts and process tools necessary for assembly and operation.
