 Intended for use as shutoff valve on oil or gas wells for pressures РN 21; 35; 70; 105 МPа (3,000, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 psi) and bores DN 50; 65; 80, 100 mm (2.1/16'', 2.9/16'', 3.1/8'', 4.1/16'').
Material classes for body parts and gate valves shutoff elements correspond to API Spec 6A.
Working medium temperature to +121оС. Ambient temperature minus 60оС to +40оС. The equipment is manufactured to API Spec 6A temperatures ratings L (-46оC to +82оС) to V (+2оС to +121оС).

Gate valve design options
Main design features and advantages
- Gate valve body parts are die-forged that ensures high strength and reliability.
- Stem seal includes set of chevron rings or one ring of RVF type manufactured by Busak+Shamban company that in combination with two journal bearings significantly reduce torque at wheel.
- Adapter-to-stem joint includes shear pin to prevent from break of gate valve parts.
- Stem back seat makes possible changing main seal under pressure.
- Gate valve is provided with indicator of shutoff element position.
