MANIFOLD MPB-80

Intended for piping shank part of blowout preventing equipment on oil or gas wells during their construction or repair and ensures work safety, preventing blowout or open spouting, subsurface and environmental safety.

Bore: 80 mm (13 1/16").

Rated pressures -35, 70МPа (5,000; 10,000 psi).

Working medium: gas or gas-condensate with carbon dioxide content up to 0.003 volume per cent. Sandy service.

Working medium: gas or gas-condensate with content of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide to 0,003 vol. % each. Sandy service, content of mechanical impurities to 25 mg/l.

To be employed in regions with temperate and cold climate.

Main design features and advantages

  • Gate valve ZМ80х70 and ZMG80х70 or ZM80x35 and ZMG80x35 which serve as shutoff devices have die-forged body parts that ensures their high strength reliability. Gate has "metal-to- metal" seal.
  • Manifold is assembled from several units.
  • The system includes both hand-operated gate valves and hydraulic powered ones. The last can be also opened manually in emergency cases.
  • Seats of angle chokes and check valve as well as needle and gate of check valve are hardfaced.
  • Industrial oils I12А, I20А and I30А at ambient temperature more than -10oC or hydraulic oils ВМГЗ and М8Ги at ambient temperatures -10oC to -40oC can be used as control liquid for this hydraulic powered actuator.
  • The pressure of control liquid in the hydraulic powered actuator equals 1,500 psi.
