Intended for sealing - in oil and gas production wells while their construction and repair to provide safe performance, to prevent blow-out and uncontrolled flowing as well as to conserve resources and to protect environment.

Size - 80mm (3 1/16 in)

Rated pressures -35, 70МПа (5,000; 10,000 psi).

Working medium: gas or gas-condensate with carbon dioxide content up to 0.003 volume per cent. Sandy service.

Well fluid temperature - up to 120оС.

To be employed in regions with temperate and cold climate.

Features and advantages

  • Gate valve 3М80х70 and ЗМГ80х70 or ЗМ80x35 and ЗМГ80x35 which serve as shutoff devices have die-forged body parts that ensures their high strength reliability. Gate has "metal-to- metal" seal.
  • Manifold is assembled from several units.
  • The system includes both hand-operated gate valves and hydraulic powered ones. The last can be also opened manually in emergency cases.
  • Seats of angle chokes and check valve as well as needle and gate of check valve are hardfaced.
  • Industrial oils И12А, И20А and И30А at ambient temperature more than -10oC or hydraulic oils ВМГЗ and М8Ги at ambient temperatures -10oC to -40oC can be used as control liquid for this hydraulic powered actuator.
  • The pressure of control liquid in the hydraulic powered actuator equals 1,500 psi.
