ANGLE VALVE FOR SHUTOFF AND CONTROL PN 20; 40

Intended to shutoff pipeline once or repeatedly.To be installed at pipelines which carry liquid or gaseous media that are neutral to the materials of body parts.

Body parts materials: 18ХГ, 12X18H10T, 10X17Н13МЗТ steels.

Rated pressures PN 20; 40.

Working medium temperature range: -40 to +200 ^оС.

Pipeline connection: flanged with lens seal or welded.

To be supplied to regions with temperate, cold and tropical climate.

Design options of Valve for Shutoff and Control PN 20, 40

Main design features and advantages

The areas of the valve body and stem that provide shutting off are hardfaced with corrosion resistant and high strength alloys and then ground in to contribute to more pressure integrity and tightness and longer lifetime.
Bodies and flanges are die-forged which ensures their design strength and reliability .
Stem packing is manufactured from self-sealing fluoroplastic rings which offer perfect tightness and low friction coefficient.
The Valves are manufactured either manually operated or electrically driven.
Coupling and overall dimensions, and weight of the valves with PN 20 MPa are specified in Table 2, that of the valves with PN 40 MPa - in Table 3.
