 To be coupled with level indicator which is the part of equipment operated in the open air.
Consists of two shutoff valves UF 24004 with bore size 15 mm which include check valve as well as one bleed valve UF 22010 with bore size 6 mm.

Body parts materials: 18ХГ, 12Х18Н10Т, 10Х17Н13М3Т steels.
Working medium: humid natural gas that contains oil condensates, diethyleneglycole, methanol and other non-corrosive liquids as well as stratal water that contains hydrogen sulfide up to 6 vol. percent and carbon dioxide up to 2 vol. percent.
UF24004 valve to apparatus connection: flanged, that to indicator frame - with special flange; Connection of UF22010 valve to indicator frame is threaded, that to bleed pipeline is welded.
Valves UF24004 shall be installed horizontally relative to spindle axis.
UF 22010 valve is connected to the frame of indicator with female threaded joint and welded to the drain piping.
UF 22004 valves shall be installed with stem centerline in horizontal position. |
