ANGLE VALVE FOR SHUTOFF AND CONTROL PN 32; 40
|
To be installed at pipelines as an equipment that controls fluid flow.
Fluid may be liquid or gaseous but neutral to the materials to be in contact with it.
Working fluid temperature range: -50 to +200оС
Body and basic parts are fabricated from the following materials: low alloyed and stainless steels.
The Company manufactures shutoff and control valves both hand operated and prepared for electricpowered actuators.
End connections may be both flanged and welded.
To be supplied to regions with temperate, cold and tropical climate.

Features and advantages
- The areas of the valve body and stem that provide shutting off are hardfaced with corrosion resistant and high strength alloys and then ground in to contribute to more pressure integrity and tightness and longer lifetime.
- Body and flanges are die-forged to ensure their structural strength and durability.
- Packing stem set consists of self-sealing Teflon packing rings that offer perfect tightness and low friction coefficient.
- Valves with sizes 65, 80 and 125 mm involve a load relief device that offers reducing stem forque.
- Valve handle is provided with ratchet to conveniently control the valve while opening and closing when it is installed at a pipeline in any position and within restricted area.
