SHUTOFF VALVE PN 10, 16, 40
|
Intended to shutoff pipeline liquid once or repeatedly. To be installed at pipelines carrying liquid and gaseous media that are neutral to the materials of body parts.
Body parts are manufactured from the following materials: carbon steel or stainless steels.
Working fluid temperature range: -40 to +200оС
End connections may be both flanged with oval cross-sectioned ring gaskets and welded.
To be supplied to regions with temperate, cold or tropical climate.

Design options of Shutoff Valve PN 10, 16, 40
Main design features and advantages
- Body and flanges are die-forged to ensure their structural strength, and durability..
- The areas of valve body and stem that provide shutting off are hardfaced with corrosion resistant and high strength alloys and then ground in to contribute to more pressure integrity and tightness and longer lifetime.
- Packing stem set consists of self-sealing fluoroplastic packing rings that offer perfect tightness and low friction coefficient.
