Features and advantages:
- Actuator that includes diaphragm and spring transforms the change of the incoming signal to the movement of stem that is rigidly connected to valve gate.
- Actuator also includes coiled gasket which provides sealing over three surfaces with the use of one set of fasteners.
- Actuator operates with the change of hydraulic resistance of valve that depends on the change of it's bore versus movement of gate. When there is no compressed air in the working chamber then spring moves stem to an extreme position: the upper one for the actuators that are opened in normal position and the lower one for that closed.
- Actuator may be furnished with positioner to ensure accuracy and to increase the transposition force.
- Models POU-9 and POU-12 of actuator are provided with lubricators with the aim to feed grease into stuffing box.
